Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الجنس الإلكتروني في المجتمع الفلسطيني وعلاقته بالجرائم اللاأخلاقية من وجهة نظر الاختصاصيين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين في محافظة الخليل، ومفهوم الجنس الإلكتروني والجرائم اللاأخلاقية وكيفية منع تفشيها في المجتمع، وذلك من أجل التعرف على انتشار هذه الظاهرة وكيفية الوقاية والحماية منها في المجتمع، والتعرف على العوامل المؤدية إلى الجنس الإلكتروني وتأثيراته وآليات مكافحته من قبل الجهات الخاصة وأشكاله ونسبة ارتكابها، مستخدمة المنهج المسح الاجتماعي لملاءمتها أغراض الدراسة. وقد تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من (250) من الاختصاصيين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين في محافظة الخليل، وقد استخدمت العينة العشوائية بحيث تتناسب مع حجم المجتمع. أما أداة الدراسة فهي استبانة تمّ تصميمها لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بالموضوع، مستخدمة برنامج الرزم الإحصائية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من الاستنتاجات، من أبرزها: وجود علاقة ترابطية بين الجنس الإلكتروني والجريمة الأخلاقية بشكل كبير؛ وإن العوامل الاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية والقانونية والسياسية تؤثر على الفرد في ممارسة الجنس الإلكتروني، وتساهم في انتشار الفساد والسلوك الأخلاقي السيئ؛ وللأسرة دور كبير في وقاية الأبناء من ممارسة الجنس الإلكتروني، وذلك من خلال زراعة الثقافة والقيم والتنشئة الصحيحة فيهم؛ وإن وجود الجرائم الأخلاقية وانتشارها أساسه الجنس الإلكتروني وتفكك المجتمع، وإن تطور التكنولوجيا ساهم في تطور الجرائم الأخلاقية بشكل أحدث، مواكبة مع التطور العالمي بأسماء جديدة وأساليب مبتكرة ساعدت في انتشار الجرائم الأخلاقية؛ واتضح أن الاختصاصيين النفسيين والاجتماعيين يؤكدون على وجود علاقة بين الجنس الإلكتروني والجرائم الأخلاقية على الرغم من اختلاف أماكن سكنهم وسنوات الخبرة ومؤهلاتهم التعليمية.
وقد قدمت الدراسة العديد من التوصيات، من أبرزها: حظر المواقع الإباحية حظرا كاملا، وعدم السماح للأفراد بالوصول إليها بأي شكل كان؛ والعمل مع المؤسسات الاجتماعية بعرض حلقات توعية بمخاطر الجنس الإلكتروني وآثاره السلبية على الفرد والأسرة والمجتمع؛ والتوعية الأسرية للأبناء بمخاطر الإنترنت وخاصة في الانحرافات الجنسية؛ وسنّ قوانين تحاسب وتعاقب من يمارس الجنس الإلكتروني؛ والتوسع في البحوث حول ظاهرة الجنس الإلكتروني وذلك لندرة البحوث والمعلومات حوله.
The study aimed to identify cybersex in Palestinian society and its relationship to immoral crimes from the point of view of social workers and psychologists in Hebron governorate, and the concept of cybersex and immoral crimes and how to prevent their spread in the society, in order to identify the prevalence of this phenomenon and how to prevent and protect from it in the society and to identify on the factors leading to cybersex, its effects and mechanisms to combat it by the competent authorities, its forms and the rate to commit the crimes, using the social survey approach to fit the study's purposes . The study population consisted of (250) social workers and psychologists in Hebron governorate, and the random sample has been used to commensurate with the size of the community. As for the study tool, it is a questionnaire which is designed to collect data related to the subject, using the SPSS statistical package program to analyze data that is collected. The study reached many conclusions, the most prominent of which are: the existence of a correlative relationship between cybersex and immoral crime in a significant way; And that the social, cultural, economic, legal and political factors affect the individual in the practice of cybersex, and contribute to the spread of corruption and bad immoral behavior; The family has a major role in protecting children from engaging in cybersex by cultivating the right culture, values and upbringing for them. The existence and spread of immoral crimes is based on cybersex and the disintegration of society, and with the development of technology, it contributed to the development of immoral crimes in a way of keeping pace with global development with new names and innovative methods that helped the spread of immoral crimes; It turned out that psychologists and social workers confirm the existence of a relationship between cybersex and immoral crimes, despite the differences in their places of residence, years of experience and educational qualifications. The study presented several recommendations, the most prominent of which are: banning pornographic websites completely, and not allowing individuals to access them in any way; Working with social institutions by presenting awareness sessions about the dangers of cybersex and its negative effects on the individual, family and society; Raising family awareness of children about the dangers of the Internet, especially sexual perversions; Enacting laws that hold accountable and punish those who engage in cybersex; And the expansion of research on the phenomenon of cybersex due to the scarcity of research and information about it.
