| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to identify the status of the job involvement among the teachers of public schools in Hebron Governorate from the point of view of teachers, supervisors, principals and deputy principals. The study population consisted of (10462) participants in the academic year 2019/2020. The sample of the study was random stratified and included (1397) par. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool consisted of (32) items distributed over three aspects. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire was verified by the appropriate statistical methods. The study questions were answered and the hypotheses were examined by using SPSS program. The results of the study revealed that the estimates of the sample of the study concerning the status of job involvement among the teachers of public schools in Hebron Governorate were high in all aspects of the questionnaire. The average score for the total score was (4.01) and the standard deviation was (0.57). All aspects were high such as (sincerity, enthusiasm, and involvement) in order by average. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample estimation concerning the status of job involvement among male and female teachers of public schools in Hebron Governorate due to variables (educational stage, directorate, job title, and years of experience). The results did not show any statistically significant differences among the average scores of the study sample estimation concerning the status of job involvement among teachers of public schools in Hebron Governorate attributed to the variables of (gender and specialization).
