Abstract
This study aimed to identify the reality of the organizational climate and its relationship to administrative creativity from the viewpoint of administrative staff in the directorates of education in the southern West Bank. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach. The study population consisted of all general managers, deputy directors, and department heads in the directorates of education in the south of the West Bank (Bethlehem, North Hebron, Hebron, South Hebron, Yatta), which were chosen to complete this study and the number (100) employees and employees. To achieve the goals of the study, a questionnaire was prepared as a data collection tool consisting of three sections. The first section includes personal data and the second is the organizational climate and it is divided into seven elements (organizational structure, technology, work conditions "harmonization of the physical environment to work in the Directorate building", regulations and instructions, incentive and bonus systems , Participation in decision-making, pressures, and conflict) consists of (55) items, weighted by the elements of the organizational climate, and the third section, administrative creativity, consists of (38) items. (100) questionnaires were distributed to the five comprehensive survey directorates (each directorate where the director of education and two representatives are present with the title of director and 17 department heads), (94) questionnaires were retrieved, all of which are valid for analysis, and after conducting the statistical analysis the most important results were found to be the total degree of climate reality The organizational level in the directorates of education in the south of the West Bank is medium, as it was found that the highest grades are the degree of technology (the extent to which technology is employed in work) which is high, followed by working conditions (harmonization of the physical environment for work in the directorate building) which is high, followed by the organizational structure which is high, followed by Regulations and instructions are high, followed by participation in decision-making, which is medium, followed by pressure and conflict, which are medium, and finally incentive and bonus systems, which are medium, and it shows that the degree of administrative creativity level of administrative staff in the directorates of education in the south of the West Bank is high, and it turns out that there are no significant differences Statistics among the mathematical averages of the reality of the organizational climate in the directorates of education in the southern West Bank are attributed to the gender variable
