| dc.description.abstract | This research is an investingation and study of Tharrat chapter from Fath Alqadeer " God Open " book for Kamal Alden muhammad Bin Abd al-Wahd, who is known as Ibn Alhumam , who has died in 861 AH, which is the one of the most explanations that have been developed on Alhidaya " Guidance " book for Burhan Alden Ali Bin Aby Bakr Almrgiyany , who has died in 593 AH, which is considered one of the most books adopted at Alhanafyah. The importance of this research is that it investigates important book of the fiqh book of Alhanafy Doctrine , where was notable for the character which Ibn Alhumam exceled impact on the prestige of the book. I have followed in this thesis the descriptive approach, where i adopted five manuscript copies, and one printed copy of Fath al-qadeer, and systematic investigation is attribution of Quranic verses, and showing the meanings and purposes of sayings of the Prophet , and the statement of the meanings of un known words , and the definition of terms fundamentalism and jurisprudence, and Hadith and language, as well the definition person names , places, and names of books, weights, scales, and lengths in the commentary, and to comment on the issues of fundamentalism and jurisprudence and Hadith. And one of the most important findings that i have arrived is the reference of the book for Ibn Alhumam , and that it's correct name is Fath al-Qadeer " God Open " , and not Sharh Fath al-Qadeer "Explanation of God Open " , and Fath al-Qadeer book was of books that focused on mentioning the evidences from Quran and Sonnah in Islamic Jurisprudence issues , especially the hadith, and personality of Ibn Alhumam were prominent strongly in the explanation of his comments on the issues it raises. And i recommended the necessity for completing the verifying and investigating of this book to get it out in a printed copy , and to encourage students to come forward to investgat the manuscripts. | |
