The researcher divided the study into seven chapters including the introduction and the conclusions. The study reveals that in spite of some differences between the USA and France such as the International Criminal Court, Kito Protocol for the climate changing, the missile armor, Iraq war 2003 and the enlargement of the European Union. However, the political French attitude kept pace with the attitude of the USA, that was due to several reasons as the internal French affairs and the frame of the international system which limits the role of France. Even though, there were a lot of agreed stances as the war against terrorism, the war on Afghanistan, the position of the Arab-Israeli conflict and the peace process, also, the stance towards Syria, Lebanon, Hamas, Islamic Jihad and the Iranian nuclear file. In the light of the previous issues, the AmericanFrench relations were very close and interweaved to the extent of similarity
