Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع الخدمات التربوية المقدمة للطلبة الموهوبين في مدارس المرحلة الاساسية العليا في مديرية تربية جنوب الخليل ، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (32) مديراً ومديرة مدرسة ، و(100) معلماً ومعلمة من المعلمين العاملين بمديرية تربية جنوب الخليل ، تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة المتيسرة ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة ، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي واستبانة للتعرف الى واقع المدراء والمعلمين ، وتم التحقق من صدق وثبات الأداة بالطرق المناسبة ، أظهرت النتائج أن الدرجة الكلية للآراء نحو واقع الخدمات التّربوية المقدمة للطلبة الموهوبين جاءت بتقدير متوسط ، بمقدار (3.08). وتبين ايضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات واقع الخدمات التربوية المقدمة للطلبة الموهوبين في مدارس المرحلة الاساسية العليا في مديرية تربية جنوب الخليل من وجهة نظر المدراء والمعلمين تعزى لمتغير( التخصص ، المؤهل العلمي ، سنوات الخبرة ، المسمى الوظيفي ) . وفي ضور النتائج ، أوصت الباحثة بضرورة تقديم خدمات تربوية متنوعة تشمل كافة احتياجات الطلبة الموهوبين في مدارس مديرية تربية جنوب الخليل لتنمية قدراتهم وخدمة مجتمعاتهم
This study aimed to identify the reality of educational services provided to gifted students in Higher elementary schools in the South Hebron Education Directorate. The study sample consisted of (32) school principals, male and female, and (100) male and female teachers working in the South Hebron Education Directorate were selected using the available sample method. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach and a questionnaire were used to identify the reality of principals and teachers, and the validity and reliability of the tool was verified by appropriate methods. The results showed that the overall degree of opinions regarding the reality of educational services provided to gifted students was moderate, at (3.08). It was also found that there were no statistically significant differences in the averages of the educational services provided to gifted students in the upper elementary schools in the South Hebron Education Directorate from the point of view of principals and teachers due to the variable (specialization, academic qualification, years of experience, job title). In light of the results, the researcher recommended the need to provide diverse educational services that include all the needs of gifted students in the schools of the South Hebron Education Directorate to develop their abilities and serve their communities.
