The research critically examines the feasibility of adopting a CE model to address the challenges of SWM in Palestine. It identifies the current waste management system as inefficient, with detrimental impacts on both the environment and the economy. The central thesis of the study is to assess whether a circular economy could be more effective than the existing LE, particularly in the context of a developing country like Palestine.
