Abstract
This study summarizes and analysis the effect of the American policy after the September the eleventh attack which was known as the fight against terror", it's effects on the Palestinian issue on the international and interior level. The focus was on the international stands on American and Israel concept of terror. The researcher offered the Palestinian concept of terror. The study also dealt with the military and security which was followed by the president George Bush the son , after the eleventh of September attack which came as a policy of struggle against terror. the research dealt with the Israel exploit of this policy whose results of considering and including the Palestinian struggle for independence as part of this policy. It also considers the Israel war of killing and destruction as a legal war to fight terror. This policy affected and made a gap between the different Palestinian parties points of view to fight the occupation referring to the international new changes. The researcher showed some of the opinions of some main parties on ways of struggle in AlAqsa uprising. The study showed the project of the big Middle East and its effect on the Palestinian issue and improving the work of the Palestinian Authority. The study is based on the hypothesis of a relation between the American and the Israel interests and the level of the political , military and economic support to Israel and retreat of the support to the Palestinian rights of struggle internationally and its affects on the peace process and the changes in the Palestinian political system. To succeed in this hypothesis, the analysis norm was used in this study and it revealed several affects, such as the disability of the Palestiniansauthority or organizations to follow a new strategy to deal with the new developments which made them a victim to the Israel and American media which concentrated on the description of the Palestinian struggle as "terror", this gave Israel the chance to increase its aggression and justify its attack as part of the international war against terror. The study also gave other important analysis. The study tried to analyze the impact of the United States of America’s policy after the 9/11 attacks which known as anti-terrorism on the Palestinian issue internationally, regionally and locally
