Abstract
The researcher grammatically and semantically talks about the abrogation in Kuthayer Azzah's divan. He aims to study the abrogation and observe its location in Kuthayer Azzah's divan. The importance of this research is that it structurally and semantically deals with one of the most important issues in Arabic language because it deals with eloquent poetry; moreover, it is never been studied grammatically and semantically before. One of the most important reasons which mention the researcher to study this issue that Kuthayer Azzah was one of the Linguistic protest ages Poets, moreover his poetry was never been studied grammatically and semantically before, and the grammarians didn't use it to prove the grammatical issues in their books except in some places, In addition to that the importance of this issue grammatically and semantically. Descriptive approach and the statistical approach has been followed in this research, the researcher divides his research into Introduction four sections, and a conclusion. The first section he talks about the articles with a describing syntactic methodology just like the old and modern syntax books, in the other sections he talks about the affected sentence in Kuthayer Azzah's divan with an applied analytical methodology. The researcher ends each section with a statistic study to the articles which the poet uses, in the he talks conclusion about the results of the research and his recommendations. One of the most important results the researcher finds is that Kuthayer Azzah agrees in composing with the rules which the grammarians proved in the eloquent texts, moreover, he uses much of what the grammarians call irregularity or necessity like using {kan] before the past verb which is not separated from {kud) or other letters, and the two nouns which come after {kan) without changing grammatically, he uses (kad) in the form of a subject. Kuthayer Azzah makes the predicate comes first after {ma zal), and makes it come in the middle after what has the priority to come first which is incorrect except for poetry necessity. He deletes the separator between in almokhfafah) and the predicate which needs a separator. Because Kuthayer Azzah's poetry is so important in proving the tiny grammatical issues, the researcher recommends the researchers to study the grammatical issues in his poetry.
