This study aimed at identifying the perceptions of principals and teachers of the Latin Patriarchate schools toward organizational culture in their schools in Palestine. The population of the study consisted of all Latin Patriarchate schools in Palestine which were (13) schools during the academic year of 2007/2008. The study sample consisted of six schools (46%) of the Latin Patriarchate; all together constituted (213) responses. To implement this study a questionnaire consisting of (92) items covering five domains chosen to measure the perceptions of principals and teachers of the Latin Patriarchate schools. The questionnaire was checked for validity and reliability, testretest were used, amounted to (0.88), however (Cronbach Alpha) amounted to (0.90). After checking the validity of the propositions of the study, and employing the percentages and statistical means as well as Pearson correlation coefficient, the study furnished the following conclusions: the perceptions of principals and teachers of the Latin Patriarchate schools toward organizational culture in their schools in Palestine were high in nature. Also all the statistical means were high for all domains. There were no statistical significant differences (0.05 ≥ α) in the mean perceptions due to the variables of gender, academic qualification and job title. Also, there were statistical significant differences (0.05 ≥ α) in the mean perceptions regarding ages (20 to less than 30 years), regarding to years of experience (for those of 5 and less than 10 years), regarding speculation of those teachers of natural sciences and regarding school location for the school of Zababda. In light of these results, the researcher recommended that the high level administration of the Latin Patriarchate school enforces the retention and reliance of the different educational systems that form the organizational culture atmosphere of the school, where most of the items achieved high means, provides a system of retirements for the employees in order to feel safe and secure in their schools and taking into consideration the necessity of the employees to feel just, fair, and equal in the opportunities of promotion so that their confidence in the school system is reinforced. Moreover, the administration should be encouraged to use the systems of exchange of class visits among teachers of the same specialization.
